A lot of water to reach the
A lot of water to reach the inlet!
If water availabilty is an issue, here is an idea. I used it when travelling for 6 months for a 15HP. 2 litre coke bottle with bottom cut off. Hose from bottle nozzle to muffs - hold coke bottle under tell tale, top up if needed.
And just thought of this;
For bigger motors - a 20 litre water jerry (one with threaded hole in base). Put in on the transom, attach a hose to the threaded part of jerry, other end to muffs. Into the shed tonite for me - this would be great for places with no water access!

Remote Flusher 2008
A few left overs in the shed - came up with this.
Worked a treat.
Will store the tubing in the boat for such occasions now - two rocks ramp away trips.

Get about 40 seconds flush
Get about 40 seconds flush with 20 Litre. At least it is an initial flush before a proper flush back at home or where hose is available.
Remember to take lid off Jerry can to allow fully flow of water and not starve the impeller suction.
Cheers Pete
