Its a bit of both drailed. Its the best photo that displays the best fish compared to the others. Its entirely up to you on how you vote. I have said Brad's bluebone because of how hard they are to catch, I also didn't mention the colours of the fish, the serenity of the photo, it being centered. You can say the same thing about the fingermark, but to me it was the difficulty of catching a fish that size and the story that went with it that tipped the balance and swayed my vote over the standard photo characteristics.
