 Check flea-bay for hydrailic

Check flea-bay for hydrailic crimps.  You may be urprised at the price.  I paid under $40 for mine compared to over $100 for a heavy duty mechanical (professional heavy duty) pair.

I also bought a pair of cheap hydraulic crimpers off ebay, cost something like $37.50 delivered. I'm an electrican, so I know what good hydraulic crimpers are, and these aren't them.  But, for home use, crimp the odd battery cable, Andersen plug lugs, they are perfect. Up to 70mm2 cable dies with them, IIRC.  I've done literally dozens of crimps, still work fine. All the battery leads for the Reefrunner, Andersen plug connections for boat solar, pot winch, auxiliary oulets, plus all of the Andersen plug leads on the camper, solar...paid for themselves , easily.
