Great fish Buxcey. You have certainly been killing it of late. Thought you where pretty keen going out in Sundays shit weather but total worth it by the looks. Second 20kg+ dhuy caught in the bay in the last two weeks that I know of. Had any luck with the Hapukas yet?

Pretty sure,
it's still 25.854 caught in Wapole in 1971 by Keith Lidelow. I'm sure there have been bigger and i've even heard of a bloke in Busselton who has a photo of one that went 31kg. Make up your own mind on that one.

I have to say mate that is legendary. My best is half that and it went bloody hard and I was pumped. That is an absolute cracker and big congrats on what is one of the biggest I have seen. Well done and must have been a hell of a fight when that one turned to head for the bottom!
