Really a Isuzu Dmax

Colorados are a rebadged Isuzu Dmax, We use them at work and they go ok but over a fleet of 30, 5 - 10 have had minor onging issues and I only know of one that had major engine issues but this could have been the way the driver used it. After driven one everyday for a couple of years I can't say I am a massive fan but they seem a ok value for money, pretty good on fuel and they do have a nice amount of power for a Diesel.

Colorado

Hi Jaso4, i have a 2011 manual deisel Colorado, we got it mid last year & finally ventured off road at xmas. We headed onto the beach at pipidinny & were confronted with a rather large dune. We let the tyres down to give it a go & a jeep wrangler went past us & over the top which gave us confidence. I was surprised at the ease in which it did it, both my son-inlaw & i have them & both did the beach run back to quinns with ease. We have since done it agian venturing further each time. I think most 4x4 vehicles will be good on the beach, alot of it comes down to driver skill & common sense.I like mine as do others like their choices but for the money it cost me & the extras it has in comparison to others, i think i am a mile ahead.

Good luck with your choice & be safe.

cheers Rob
