Anyone been doing any good out on the 5 lately? North, South? Thinking of givin it a nudge tomorrow morning behind GI.

Any feedback greatly appreciated.

heard catches from sand whiting to dhuies ,anything is possible just look for the little lumps around the 30 mtr mark, just over the 5 or you can anchor up near the 5 on the outside and berley up , bring the fish to you

Yeah E-SE 15-18 shifting SW by midday.

Will be a bit sloppy if that is the case. May just hang in closer and give it a troll behind GI and see what happens. Make a call in the morning i reckon.

Leave it a bit later...

...I reckon. The offshores are forecast to be fairly healthy first up but 8,9,10 o'clock should see them back off. This time of year off Mandurah we get heaps of big pinkies schooling up on the back edge of the five, and I see no reason why it should be different up your way.

Find a bit of broken ground just off the back edge and drift bait through it with mulies, or even better, strips of skippy flesh. If snapper aren't around, go down to 2/0 hooks because big KG's like this presentation also!
