Advice please

Looking to purchase a new jigging rod and for a bit of bottom bouncing as well, was looking at a Murasame Seriola pe6-8, has anybody used them ? Happy with them? Cheers

don't get me wrong here they look the goods but not going to be much good for demersal jigging at 5.0 ft.

great for sambos etc though.

Also, imparting a good demersal style pitch action will be very difficult without using jigs upwards of 300g

 6'-6'3 would be better still.

PE 3 would be much nicer to handle for Perth metro unless you're deep dropping or heading to the barges for sambos

Edit: Just saw your new comment about the Montys. PE 6-8 will still be a lot of power unless you're racing the sharks
