Advice on rod/reel

Hello Wise People!

Im in the market for a new rod with a spin reel for boat fishing  demersals, bigger fish in general and able to do some jigging like baited jigs, out in water up to 100 mtr ish, mainly 20-80 though. Looking for a good  set up with proper  saltwater reel,  good bearings etc. I've  got 6 ft and 6.5ft rods with 4000 class reels which are great but struggle on bigger stuff. Then I've got rods with Tld15 type reels, and trolling rods. So looking to fill the gap with a more capeable spin reel outfit. Im not looking for a cheap rig  and won't say price is no object but I will spend a bit more for quality that's worth it!
Your thoughts and ideas appreciated

I found the previous models of Saragosa to be great value for money. Can't wait to get my hands on the new models. I think they will be ideal for your purpose.

I've got a 8-15kg shimano spin rod and I match it with either a 8000 Sedona or Penn 760 Slammer and it's awesome for everything
