Tipping comp this year...$20 buy-in, ESPN invite should come through to previous punters.
Flick me a PM or msg for bank account details .same as previous years though.
Margin will decide if a draw occurs, Winner takes all

Perhaps
Perhaps Mr O'Brien aka Lamumba would like to see the Collingwood football club fold, that might make him happy.
I always thought that the club was bigger then the individual, well certainly not in this case, and while I don't condone Racism of any kind he needs to spell out exactly what it is he wants or fuck right off.
Maguire is gone, Buckley is gone, the assistant coach who allegedly used porn as a motivational tool is gone.
The do better program has been implemented so what else is there apart from money? He has tapes of conversations with people within the club but only plays portions and refuses to disclose the total content, the media needs to stop giving this guy any air time and the CFC needs to simply ignore him until he is prepared to state exactly what he is after.
And to finish I thought it was illegal to tape a persons conversation without their knowledge or permission.

Missed the game due to a trip down Bunbury for the daughters basketball...good to see Freo get showed up, getting a bit a head of them selves already.
How good are the Bunbury farmers markets..freshest fruit and veg I've ever seen, locals spoilt down there.

Good to see Freo get a bit of a touch up, a reality check was expected at some stage as any young team needs to ride the high's and tough out the low's.
Geezus, West Coast was an absolute train wreck again, percentage at or under 50 now and dead set are the worst team in the comp.
Nisbett will be manipulating the media and WC faithfull trying to save his job but he needs to go, he may well have brought the ultimate success with trophy's but outside of the club and the small town mentality of WA he will always be known for turning a blind eye to the rampant use of drugs within the playing group, poor off field behaviour and violence against women. You only need to look at the current list of top line players, who are their future, to see how "we wrap our arms around" our drug users and domestic violent abusers against women. Time for a total rebuild.

I'm happy to see Freo get a reality check.
Afl is tough and if you aren't bringing your A game and just roll up expecting to collect a win it won't go down like that.
Collingwood are wondering how they managed to drop that game early in the season.
Real test for the young Freo team against the demons in a couple of weeks. Certainly not expecting a win but hopefully they learnt a bit about themselves along the way and put up a solid fight.
Does anyone know where the love of god goes, when the waves turn the minutes to hours?

I still tuned in and wasn't
I still tuned in and wasn't left as disgusted as I thought I would be. We had Yeo, Gaff, Shuey, NicNat, Allen, Sheed, Rioli, JK and Hurn out BUT none of that excuses the inability to hit a target 20m away and Redden (I think) missed a f@#cking 5m handball after a free kick!
Connor West is a bull and has found confidence to crash the contest and break the lines and his disposal is looking a lot cleaner. A lot to like.
Jamieson looks to be a mobile tall who at least competed with Gawn. Looks to have put on about 15kg since the WAFL game but a long, long way to go yet.
Barras and Gov were brilliant under heavy fire and Duggan has to be Captain next year as a general across half back.
J.Jones gets a lot of hate from WC supporters but I love his attack on the ball and at least he tries to break the lines rather than continually chip it sideways.
Still not sure on SPS and I get the feeling his best footy is a janitor role mopping up across half back from the midfield/wing rather than leading it.
Darling is a deadset liability based on current form and needs to be moved on to a team like GCS, Essendon, North, Port who are willing to give up a pick around the late first round/early second and allow him to find his best footy again in a Win/Win/Win scenario.
Witherden didn't make me vomit this time around but Jackson Nelson... 9 touches at 66% efficiency had me blowing chunks.
I must admit I enjoyed the sweet sound of nothing from the other side of the narrows with all the hoopala about Freo winning the 2022 Mid-May Bridesmaid's Cup

Looks like someone's still bitter about Ryan's momentum shifting hit on Gaynard in the 2018 GF and then later on taking a hanger to setup Sheed for the winner.. even though it should have been Rioli's free as Gaynard only had eyes for the man letting Sheed out the back.

We've won as many games at home as the Pies have against the wooden spooners this season.
Priority pick here we come baby. Our last priority pick was Jack Darling. You'd remember Jack from the 3rd quarter of the 2018 grand final.
Ironically, the Pie had pick 25 that year and traded it away potentially losing the 2011 GF and well... you know what happened in 2018.

Jai Culley looks like someone
Jai Culley looks like someone who was going to go top 10 in the draft in November so a bit of a steal for us and I'm glad we went with raw youth than a mature age plodder. This is a great read and shows the depth of character of the kid who tried to make it through talent alone and when knocked back knuckled down and worked on his weaknesses.
dandenong.starcommunity.com.au/news/2022-05-12/the-making-of-jai-culley/
West Coast supporters are wetting their pants about his playing this weekend but he is playing in an underage comp in Vic and I couldn't see him playing much this season if at all. It'd be akin to plucking a kid from Swan Districts Colts and playing him on Patrick Dangerfield but at 193cm he'll be a beast once in an AFL program and already has a raking left boot.
The lad from East Perth looks like he can play and has a nice kick on him. The highlights I saw were against some questionable defending (mostly Swannies too) but again looks to have a raw ability that can be harnessed at AFL level. These Sudanese boys are going to become a mainstay of the AFL in the coming years as they come through the junior systems.

Every single one of them.
Every single one of them. Maybe the salary cap cheating Subi side of 2018 might have had a crack at an AFL side but there is a gulf between WAFL and AFL and you just have to look at guys like Ainsworth (now delisted) and Blakely who aren’t up to AFL standard that go back to WAFL and do what they please racking up 35+ possessions. Even the currently putrid WCE midfield would be too quick and conditioned in body and cardio plus any WAFL full forward is going to get monstered by Barrass with Kennedy kicking about 15 goals on the best WAFL full back.

Agreed on teh Freo game. The Freo of old would have withered against a determined Hawks side. That's happened a few times this year so they've clearly got belief now.
Will be interesting to see how it ends this season. No clear favourite unless Melbourne can sort their shit out and get back to their best footy.
