Hi fella I've been given a couple rods from old bloke down the road and there's ones called an anglers advantage MT 8144-MM. I've never heard of them and can't seem to find any info. Does anyone know anything about them quality etc. it seem well put together not that I know that much. Curious if I've picked up decent rod or just a cheapy.
cheers

MT8144
Not sure about the Anglers Advantage brand, but the MT 8144 stands for Medium Taper, 8 wrap, 144 inches (12') long. I have had a Snyder MT8120 (10') for almost 40yrs. My brother has had an MT8144 for the same period. Both have caught plenty of fish

I've heard of Ozflex so
I've heard of Ozflex so pretty happy bout that. Using at the moment for first time seems to have a decent backbone handles big baits well. But need to hook up now to give it a good run.
