asi groyne
Submitted by hilly9 on Mon, 2013-07-15 16:39
Had a fish at the asi for a few hours early arvo but didn't even get a nibble. Can anyone tell me how far along the groyne I should be fishing if walking in from Clarence beach road or is it better these days to access the other rockwall from the boat ramp side?
Cheers

Some good snapper landed
Some good snapper landed there. The key: NW winds and fresh bait (plenty of fresh bait to be caught there, squid, cuttlefish, whiting, snook and garfish). Rock up an hour early catch some bait then through out the snapper rig right before sundown. From what ive experienced there is when the snook are biting the pinkys are near. Seen and landed the big ones about 60 to 70% to the end of the groyne.
Mmmm might try 2moro night
