Caught two on Friday, one of which was quite big but I didn't know what they were so they went back in to steal my livebaits another day.

A quick look on the net gives very contrasting opinions about whether eating them is worth the effort of cleaning the little buggers. Anyone here tried them? One of my mates is cursing me for putting that much meat back in to the water.
