Barges

Has anyone seen the two barges/platforms working just off the coast north of Quinns Rocks?

 

Does anyone know what they are doing?

If you are talking about the ones that are closer to the Alkimos, I'm not really sure, I was told that they were laying pipe for stormwater or sewerage but don't take my word for it. What I do know is that they won't let you past in a boat because they have a fairly large exclusion zone, I learnt this on Sunday after messing around in close waiting for the offshore to back off a bit, and when I wanted to head out deep they wouldn't let me past... had to go around the long way!!

i got told they are using explosives. probably why the exclusion zone
