Old Cut

The Old Cut where the estuary run in to the sea is a popular spot, you turn in to the inner harbour and follow the road round to the right.

Belvedere /Buffalo beaches across the top of the estuary produce good fish and if you have a 4x4 continue on down the beach to the north side of the cut, at times some good holes and channels form especially in front of Old Baldy.

Hungry hollow , Quarry rocks and the spur of the breakwater usually produce herring whiting and a few tailor in the evenings

the cut has died over the years.... the odd person migbt get a couple of tailor and herring otherwise its just whiting, blowies or nothing. belvedere and buffalo are best bet but also dallyelup beach or the huts near capel..... otherwise head further south yalingup and the coast along there
