Hi guys,
Was in a boat yard the other day and saw this awesome beach launch setup.
Wanting to know if anyone has had something like this made up before or if they could make one for me for some beer and cash.
My trailer isnt as straight from the hitch but thought if a telescopic style might work??
its for a 5.5m ali on a trailt trailer dual axle. if someone else has a good set-up could they post a pic to give me some ideas.
Cheers

That's mine
Yeh that's m boat at boats unlimited for sale,I designed that and had a mate at a metal fab shop make it for me.
Have used that for three years at Gnaraloo and works awesome .
People can't believe how quick and easy it is to use,I am in Thailand at the moment and won't be back until the 29th July so if you want to contact me then I can point you in the right direction.

How about making a longer
How about making a longer drawbar with towball and keep it in the car.
Unhitch at beach and swap drawbars.
If I spent half as long fishing , as I do reading this bloody forum , I'd be twice the fisherman I am.

beach launch
my mate was telling me his dad has a similar thing on his boat except it extends further as it has another piece of square tube inside that slides out and you lock it with a pin.
its pretty good insurance when beach launching, I nearly lost my car and its a bad feeling

Looks like a bloody good
Looks like a bloody good design - love how the extension uses the existing hitch to lock in the extended position.
