best tides for fishing from beach

Hey guys I'm looking at going for fish this time I'm home and actually wanting to catch something. I'm looking at targeting bream, flat head and tailor. I'll be fishing of the beach so what I'm asking is what tides produce better a run in tide or a run out tide?
Cheers in advance

Depends on the beach
Depends on the beach structure and depth of any channels. Mostly hour or so either side of high tide is best but deeper channels can fire on low tide as well as long as the entrance to the channel is still open. Flathead are not concerned with depth and don't move about too much so can be caught at any stage.
Change of tide coinciding with or near Dawn or dusk - even better but don't rule out a change in the middle of the day (particularly when overcast) either.

On the change of the tide
I don't think it makes to much difference for in coming or out going tide. When you have a change of tide near or close to sunrise or sunset is the best.
Do a search on this site located on left of ya screen has lots of usefull info. Good luck.
Old fishermen never die they just smell that way.

Generally high tides are
Generally high tides are best as a general guide because it allows scavenging fish into parts of the beach not usually accessible to them but I agree with the above comments as well
