Bluebone

Spent an afternoon with two friends chasing Bluebone just over a month ago. The largest one was 75cm and smallest was just oversize, and all taken around 3kms from Marina on handline.

My freezer mainly only sees Bluebone, Trout, Rankin, Robbos and Squid. It was full until a mate visited a few weeks ago. Yes the biggest (75cm) was more than a handful on handline.
Forgot to mention the red one is a small trout, slightly oversize. I usually throw them back, but that went in the pan for dinner that night, was using squid and crabs.
