boat storage NOR

Starting to get sick of paying what im paying for storage of one of my boats (mako magic) not the tinny, and thought i would start looking into alternative.
Living in Ballajura and not too fussed on leaving it a little bit away as its in kingsley atm, does anyone know of somewhere else that i could use at a decent price etc?
