bream in the swan

hey because of the weather lately cant really get out in the boat unless your mad so i am thinking of having a crack at some bream in the swan. Ive never really fished for bream to preoccupied with bigger fish but can any one give me some land based spots to go for some bream. I will be using baits and i don't really care if its a bit of a walk to get to the spots.

my personal best bream came
my personal best bream came from the narrows just before dusk (30cm)
use tweed bait prawns i know they're bloody expensive but they work
Ive seen some thumper bream over 40 cm landed at the canning bridge before dusk--- crabs and mussels are best as the blowies cant get them as easily. use the smaller mussels so they can fully digest them

Matilda Bay has a few
Matilda Bay has a few jetties, seen a few Bream around them. I have tried a few small hardbody lures and a few soft plastics there before, but got nil.
