Broome fishin can anyone identify this fish

Caught 3 of these today next to broome jetty today felt like they hooked up and went back into a hole weird eyes , saw a good shark jump after someones gt or queenie

you said it felt like they went back into a hole - they do! They live in a hole and ambush anything that goes past. Different species, but same idea - I photod these in the northern Kimberley.
