Taste like shite, don't even try it. Dig a hole in the garden and bury it and plant a rose bush on top of it.

Cheers

Spear em for burley when chasing macks and other goodies. dorsal spines are pricks though, gotta slice them off first.

i have a photo

Sun, 2014-06-15 18:36

i have a photo but I can't work out how to up load it in this reply.

I scaled it and gutted it but the stench and amount of intestines was like nothing else I have ever experienced in a fish. I don't think I can bring myself to eat it anyway.

I think it is going to end up chum.

Now what about skippy, kept just two big ones, are they worth eating?

Yeah the skippy will be ok, but they tend to be a tad dry when they are bigger, so take that in mind when you decide to cook it.

cheers
