Hello to all , I am goona hook up with the brother in law this weekend and trying to pick a spot central to us.
Any info on Buffalo Beach would be great , just doing an overnighter is camping ok ? is 4wd access ok ?

Buffalo
Been a few years since I fished it though wouldn't expect it to have changed too much.
Straight in front of where the road comes in there is small broken bits of rock scattered about. You have to put your casting arm away as long casts will put you right in to It. Going either north or south you can get away from it.
Heading all the way down to the cut you will pass a half dozen or so spots that can hold fish in deeper holes, the cut usually holds salmon at first light in the morning both inside and in the corner with the beach.
If you decide to fish the cut keep a close eye out for salmon schools as I would expect to see some at this time of the year.

the sand is a bit soft
around the entrance to the beach off the carpark. There is rock and reef right along the beach in sections. As far as I know camping out of 4by okay
