Buying Salted Mulies, anybody know where?

We are looking to buy about 20-25Kgs of Salted Mulies. Can somebody tell me where or even if they can be bought?

We have thought about doing it ourselves, and maybe if we can't find then pre packed we will.

Reason, we simply do not have enough room in our freezer for 30-40Kgs of bait.

Thanks in advance

Inferior bait ...just wondering why you would do this ? people use fresh bait for a reason. if you want somethnig thats stays on the hook for a long time , use a strip of leather, it works just as well . If your doing a fishing trip away from fridges etc ..use dry ice to keep your bait frozen until you want to use it.

clearly youve never used salted mulies then

how can you say they are inferior when you really have no idea.

i fished professionaly for years with them and they are fantastic bait the difference between fresh and salted mulies is the salted ones stay on your hook longer

trymyluck I beg to differ

trymyluck I beg to differ mate for beach fishing....I salt all my IQF mulies from frozen for 4 days then vac pack them......great bait, still oily and can be cast hard without flying to bits...and best bit is they dont need to be frozen once they are vaccum sealed.

On a boat, yes I agree freshly thawed mulies are the shit....

I've yet to find a fish down here that doesn't like mulies

Stax I'd hit up the bait mobs, we often buy 15kg boxes of IQF mulies for $50.....

thete may be some liquid to pour off after 24 hours.  i'd start using them the next day, just cover over the ones you dont use for next time.  they'll last weeks in the salt.
