Can I get a lift to frustration reef?

Hey folks
I am heading to Kalbarri next week and I would like to get across to frustration reef for a fish, apart from hiring a canoe i heard you could get a lift over from the boat hire place or something for a small fee is this the case?
Also is there any mackies around at the moment worth sending out a balloon for
cheers

Mackies no. The boat hire
Mackies no.
The boat hire ive heard does still give a lift over but they only do it during operating hours ie 9-5. So you will have to stay overnight. They do not let you have the boat overnight anymore.

Kalbarri
cudbfishin is correct, but there are plenty of places to go to try some ballooning, Pot Alley, Wagoe, if the winds are easterlies.
Could be good to camp over the other side of the Murchison and fish all night, just ring the bell in the morning and the guys will come over and pick you up.
No mackies yet, few tailor and mullaway around, still great place to fish.

I would be keeping an eye on
I would be keeping an eye on the wind if your planning on staying over night at frussies we were up that way last week and most nights it was way to windy to be fishing overnight.

no overnighter
thanks for the feedback, I am taking the girlfriend as she is having a break before starting a new job so i dont think she would be up for a night on the north side of the river as romatic as it could be lol.
I will leave the balloon gear home and hopefully get into a few tailor or mulloway they must be all up there cos there isnt a great deal around here at the moment
cheers
