Hey guys thought id post here if anyone is looking to sell their boat soon.
Any of the above boats for sale? Im currently looking at investing in a swiftcraft viking if anyone has info on these?
Im 6'5 so im not sure if the runabut style of the viking would be the best choice for me.
Cheers!

i have the dominator and we
i have the dominator and we fish 3 larger size people on it regularly and have no prob. i know the viking is a bit diff in size tho.
for 10k i dont think you will get a decent one tho. might have to increase your budget or prepare to spend $ on it over time. check the transome and floor thoroughly as they are older boats and like most of us sag with age.
we got bit with ours and spent a lot more than budgeted for

thanks mate
ive read the older forums with yours.
The one im looking at is in good condition. The floors have been redone, been painted top and bottom of hull. my only concern was the transom which is still in original condition. How much did you oay to raise yours? Did you get a jacking plate or raise the whole transom? How much $$$ am i looking at for that job?

There are some really good
There are some really good old boats around and some really motivated sellers at this time of year.
You have stated outboard but what size ? ~5.5m I assume?
Do you have 10 to spend or 10k total budget? - if the latter you want to be looking at something for 6-7k to allow for $$$ to be spent to get it brought up to spec. People rarely sell good boats cheaply!
If you have any hands on skills - buy something that is not "turn key" as most people are not interested in them and you will get it a lot cheaper
Alternatively something like what is in this link below - Penguin - great build, although getting on in age so id be checking the transom and stringers if you can - owned by an old guy and well below your budget which leaves you some $$ room
