Cockburn Sound tips please? =)

Just wondering where abouts (generally) to go in the Cockburn Sound if I wanted to go for a fish.

Would be interested in most species but especially KG Whiting, Squid, Skippy and anything else :P

Cheers! Jase

Mate I'd be headed for

Mate I'd be headed for Parmelia bank. If you launch at Woodmans head out around the groin and north. Ground is about 5m on average I have had some cracker sessions there. Burley up and float out light baits like bluebait etc ;)

How far offshore?

How far offshore would be ideal? I don't have a sounder... can you see the difference in the depths?

Where I fish the Parmelia

Where I fish the Parmelia bank you can see the bottom. Wouldn't worry about a sounder just anchor and  burley up.
