Computer illiterate

Thanks for the offers to help with the resizing of pics guys. Looks like I have to get a mate to sit down and show me sometime later. Bloody hopeless with computers mate, they drive me round the bend

this is quick and simple and will work on any windows machine.

start > run > mspaint.exe > push ok (for windows xp and older)

start > type in mspaint.exe > hit enter

 

have a play with that, its pretty simple, load your picture into that (you can drag and drop it in) then play around with the resizing, you can drop it down to say 25% of the original size if you use that method, or any other percentage

Resizing

I pick and drop any shot that need resizing in to MY DOCUMENTS, right click on it.Comes up with options, select medium and it produces a medium size pic.Close MY Docs then reopen it again to locate it for easier finding as it will file in alphabetic or date order, then close it again.

When you go to load them, browse, my docs, select pic, open then upload

but posted my first pic on another site today and apparently the pics were automatically resized to suit.  Outside of my area of expertise but perhaps this could be considered on this site.
