Took a couple of days off work to make the most of the nice conditions last week. an to visit the varies marks i plottet
while the ban was on to find out what was on them.
The first day i fished found a school of dhu's bagged 2 in 2 drifts on paddle tale mccarthies.
heres the bigger of the 2 a 12kg
this is what the school looked like on my sounder
the next day i opted for the cape as there was a bit of wind and i was fishing solo to go to wide. ended up with a 15kg dhu an couple nannies
on the 3rd day i went out in a mates boat jigged 2 smaller dhus (around 6-8kilo marl) on the 8inch z man placies then put shimano butterfly knife on for a bit of a jig
all in all a fun few days cheers for viewing.

I agree Soupy
Not just the one option to catch demersals like in the old days.
Bait is now only when I am lazy (which is most off the time LOL - getting older)

Great few days fishing!
When asked by a non-fisherman 'how many fishing rods do you really need?' the correct answer is either:
n+1 (where n is the number of fishing rods you currently own); or
n-1 (where n is the number of fishing rods which would cause your significant other to dump you.
