Does the new boat catch fish

Well the answer is yes .We headed out from 2 rocks at 7:30 in less the average conditions ,the new boat went through the slop nice sitting on 17 knots .The rods were rigged and down on the first spot ,and fish were on the bite our first dhuie on board around 6 kg in with the tag and a clean release. There were a few quiet times but most spots were holding fish .We tagged 9 dhuies kept 2 and a Black bum.and boldie .Jody stayed true to form with a good sambo. Which was released. We did drop a couple of nice fish also .So all is looking good for the new fish magnet .sorry left the camera at home .

Good to see youve still got it.

Its the skipper not the boat that finds the fish.

Then its up to the crew to land them.

I was very happy with the ride still very different to glass .it was like a washing machine out there for a while yesterday but we still cruised along at 17 knots straight into it.good fishing platform with lots more room and fuel was 85 lt for the day.forgot to put the trip meter on. traveling from patch to patch and motor running all day 9hours in total Around the same as the Haines .the best part was the view from the skippers seat the al round window are great .the only downer was it's hard to get to the throttle for the seat when holding on the spots and trying to fish.
