Eating river flathead

Does anyone no what a flathead around Mt henry bridge would taste like.

i've eaten flathead from
i've eaten flathead from canning river twice....tasted beautiful. firm and white, not muddy at all. But i've heard others say it's tasted crappy and muddy

answer to your question, would taste like a flathead. ahah, nah, ive been eating flatty out of both swan and canning for ages and they have all tasted great. as brenz said, lemon cream is great. if you dsont have that, just lemon and herbs n stuff and it makes it so nice

i seen a flathead in the
i seen a flathead in the canning yesterday that had a head the size of a shovel ive caught 50cm flatties from there and this would have eaten them strait out going back to see if its still in the area.
