Electric reel repairers

 Hi does anyone know of someone who can repair electric reels? In particular a bannax kaigan 1000.

Tried to contact bannax but they seem to be a ghost company. The Australian distributer wont reply 

The line counter is buggered and basically the reel is completely useless because  it always thinks its at 0m and wont wind up

Yes i know i should of brought a shimano or a daiwa haha
