Engel fridge switching

Not sure if there is a better place to post this so forgive me if its in the wtong place.

Does anyone on here fiddle around with electric switching or, know someone who does?

I have an old (~25yr) upright cabinet type 12/240v Engel fridge on the boat; about 80 litre I think.

Its a great fridge ( when working) but currently has an issue in the switching controls.

Had it looked at back a bit and the bloke rekoned new switch gear was about the 3/4 the price of a new fridge.

I dont want a new fridge, I just want my old one working again and I'm sure its not that difficult ( or expensive) to fix for someone who knows what they are doing with this type of electrics.

Am happy to pay a fair price for repairs but not that interested in almost paying the cost of a new fridge to repair my old one....if you know what I mean.

If anyone can help, please let me know.

Thanks folks

Pretty sure that’s the name of em . Great eastern highway in Midland ( left hand side heading toward the hills ) . Give em a bell and they’ll let you know the score as to what to do with it .
