I have done a couple of thousand on my machine bought off extreme coolers and although they take longer than other machines the bags never lose their seal in the freezer. They do not overheat either you can cryovac as many bags as you want.

Yes, good bit of kit. Beats the Sunbeam I had hands down.

But can anyone tell me how to seal without vaccing ?

As in when you are using the rolls and need to seal one end to make a bag.

Put the end of the bag just past the heating element, not into the vac chamber and it will seal almost straight away
