Evinrude 6hp rich/lean lever

 Hi, new to boating. just picked up an old 3.7m dehavilland tinnie with a evinrude 6hp on the back.

Just wondering about the rich lean lever and where it should be at start up. Any help welcome ,and other tips also.

I turn mine up full and back

I turn mine up full and back it off when it starts.
