If you have a smart phone then an app is available that indicates via gps where you are in relation to the no fishing zones.
You will very likely get checked by fisheries at the ramps and go by the rules regarding weight and labeling of frozen fish. Fisheries also conduct checks on vehicles on the south side of coral bay turnoff
