I'm guessing they want someone with a boat and fishes offshore regularly, so they have experience and knowledge to be able to help their customers, not someone that thinks they know but really know bugger all, pretty sure they don't need to bum a ride on a boat considering who the owner is... Pretty wise really or they will end up with a small bcf that everyone is winging about on another thread, knowledge is everything in fishing....

My shops known for offshore fishing, jigging, super deep etc and yes we are a Marine shop so having a boat and offshore knowledge will naturally help in all areas of sales
I didnt say if you have a boat you get the job and last but not least all my staff have boats including myself!!!
