 Have a look at https://parks.dpaw.wa.gov.au/sites/default/files/downloads/parks/Ningaloo%20Marine%20Park%20Zones%20January%202014.pdf

or give the fisheries a call as I heatd that the jetty area is a dive and look destination now and you must be part of a guided tour mob.

Pretty sure that's a Sanctuary zone now but you can always fish 1km south or north of it.

Its a sanctuary

I was up there in September and it is a sanctuary around the Navy Pier.  From memory the sanctuary extends 50 or 100 metres either side of the pier.  There are a couple of small poles above the high water line that mark the edges of the zone so it is easy to work out.

A lot of the info about the Pier seems to be out of date.  The whale shark crew told us that the pier has been closed to diving for years because it was damaged after the last big cyclone.

Diversity Buewater adventures

Hi mate,
the boys at Diversity Bluewater Adventures were great when I went out with the earlier this year.
Depending on who else is on board they will target whatever fish you want. There is a smaller group of anglers on board so less tangles as well.
They are really big on customer service too, to the point where the skipper didn't want me to bait my own hook. (he reckons that's his standard of good service)

Definitely worth a call and my preferred charter now.
