Anyone having any luck of GI put my pots out on Wednesday pulled first time yesterday for zip , this time last year was killing it didn't pull this morning.
Not sure about the potters, did one dive in 30m today ended up with 15 crays (two divers) only 2 where reds. Size was a little bit down on what we have been getting. Most of the whites still had very soft shells, which means they have been shedding shells a bit later that last year. So I', guessing they are almost ready to start walking in numbers, just not yet.
Funny that as most the whites we are getting have very hard shells, I guess that's why they are moving. Would be interested to know how long it takes the shell to harden.
what is happening of GI 5 out of two pots on Wednesday didn't pull yesterday 2 out of three pots today same spots last year killed it not sure if I'm too far out at Hawley shoal pro boat working a mile inside me maybe little Johny the guru of cockburn can shed a little light ..
I pulled my two pots on Tuesday for two white, one in each pot. rebaited and dropped them back on the same mark and pulled this morning for 10 whites and one red all size. Rebaited and dropped again and will check them again tomorrow. hopefully they are starting to fire where I am behind GI in 16m..
This is only my second year so still trying to work out spots etc.

All the people I spoke to coming in at Palm Beach this morning had good catches of crays, good sizes too.
