Just got back from 9 days in Exmouth. Got some great fish, but it was super hot.
Fished tantas, top of gulf, west side of muirons and back of peak.

Nice work Simo, some great fish there and yep been watching the tmps, been hot as. I thought it had turned the corner this week, but nope, still high 30's. We are up there in 2 weeks. This time last year temps were down under 30 on some days,
How were the pelagics? Tuna all over the place with the hot water?

I didnt see a lot of tuna,
I didnt see a lot of tuna, saw dollies come around boat a few times fishing west side of muirons on 60m. Through out a soft plastic and about 10 jumped on it, was an awesome sight.

Word is the dollies are everywhere, we got double hookup trolling tantas, seen few schools around boat west side of muirons. I havent caught one for years, so was on my target list for this trip.

Great table fish in that lot .
Is that a Yellow Tail Emperor I see with the mixed bag? Looks to be a good size for that species.

How deep you get the
How deep you get the Mozambique? Only ever seen them 200m+. But what a mixed bag!
