Managed to get hold of a Kg of Export quality Sashimi ready Tigers straight from Exxy. Rare to get up here in Kcity, But thought what the heck. Pay the extra $$$ and see what you get.

Apart from the obvious complete whole prawns they were all soft or semi soft shell, ie piss easy to prepare. Apart from that the size, meat etc is the same as what we get, we just struggle a little with getting the shell off.

I thought I might get premium quality, but just easier to prepare was all it was.

Bloody easy I have to say to remove the shells.

It had me thinking lazy bloody Jap chef's.

Nice feed but I in the future would be more than happy without the ease to prepare my own local prawns etc.

LMHO but I think they are just plain lazy, willing to pay for easy of peeling and not having to work at getting a nice feed.
