extreme Pilbara temps?

Exmouth this week

Mon 19th  41.2, Tues 20th 42.2, Wed 21st  46.1, Thur 22nd  48.0, Fri 23rd 48.9, Sat 24th 48.0, Sun 25th 46.0

Previous highest December temp was 46.8 on December 21st 2004.

Don't think Exxy was alone this week in those high temps either.

with a few years running of lower than normal temps , shit in the late 90's early 2000's this was normal summer temps , xmas is always hot in Exmouth , year before last at Nanutarra roadhouse on new years day it was 52oC at the bowsers under shade !!!!
