fav band/song
Submitted by Shane O on Fri, 2014-02-07 14:16
Spend all my time at work with music in the background, so got to thinking what is your favourite band/song of all time.
can't decide..
australian crawl - reckless
crowded house - better be home soon
ice house - great southern land
red gum - only nineteen
probably some others that will jog my memory but cant think of them right now, there are a few from the dirty danciong sound track. but i will cop shit for that...

96fm is about the only radio
96fm is about the only radio station I'll listen to these days...the rest can piss off. Thats one thing though I'd love to run, a radio station....non stop metal all day and night...probably be only myself and a few others listening but hey would be great fun.

Yeah, haven't listened to
Yeah, haven't listened to it....I used to listen to Triple J's 3 hours of power/full metal racket alot back when Costa Zouliou hosted it. Some of the music that Andrew Haug had played was crap but the new host seems to know his stuff.

went to his drum clinique
when they came through about 20 years ago. he has a great amount of power and admitted half his kit doesn't get used and is there for show.
also saw chad smith at the old gobbles, he is also a master of the skins.

The net and digital recording
The net and digital recording is awesome for music stuff.
My gigging days are long gone, and there are plenty in the same situation, so online jamming is a great way to rip it up - even if it is only in a man cave LOL :P
This is my take in one that had guys from the US, Canada and Sydney all taking part.

its unreal the way old
its unreal the way old artists still stay popular and do heaps of shows. the same old artists i listened to in high school consistently still sell huge shows and headline like chilli peppers and metallica.
I havent heard anyone mention any dance music so how about some fake blood, cut copy, goldroom, and st lucia
