Got no idea about crays but if u drop em in the same spot u probably get the same crays, move em 100m away and u might see a difference? Maybe the males stay on one away from the females, they only group up to mate?

Lachie....You see young lad

Lachie....

You see young lad you might be watching too much David Rabbitborough...

Now to mate one has to understand the female scent.

Have you ever had lip curl? Much like that of a wild baboon that has smelt a bit of chic jizz on a tree out in the savannah...

You may think its Hayfever but then you look down and Oh O you have a stiffy...

This is all relevant when hunting lobster...

Do you watch worlds deadliest catch also?

Some good tips there but really you have to keep it simple...

Now Mandy,

To catch a Male firstly you must think like male...

Try scratching your nuts just as your about to heave on the pot rope...

That's all I've got

That puts it in perspective lol. Please don't read my post on crays, because I don't have any idea of crays! Maybe chuck a female cray in the pot and just watch the males swarm it!

Now now Lachie your not in a nightclub now...

You see son when you write something daft about something you have no clue about people actually do read it and do you know what.... That could be 5 seconds of their life they'll never get back.... Sorry young fella but perhaps a little more worlds deadliest catch and a little less keyboard action...

Where there are females, there has to be males in the vacinity "servicing" them. Thats what I've seen cray diving anyhow.

 Further to notorious fist

Sun, 2014-11-16 09:47

Further to notorious fist comment above, there is a maximum size on the females of  105mm in the Perth area

95mm north of Greenhead.  I don't know how new that rule is, but from conversations I have had with other fishers a lot of people seem to be unaware of it.
