depending on tide drift and current the sinkers range from 1 to 3kg however most of the time we use jigs like in the photo above which range from 400 to 900 grams.

Cheers mate. I’m a novice when it comes to deep dropping but wouldn’t it be difficult to feel bites with a 3kg sinker on the end of the line?
