FFB

 Hi guys

taking a mate out tomorrow night for a fish, normally go out to the 40s but seeing its his first time on a boat I dont want to take him too far.

never really fished the FFB and have had varied opinions on success / failures.

Any advise on my plan would be appreciated!

Plan boat in water at 4.30 pm bout 3/4 the way up garden island on the back edge of the bank drop anchor. Apply generous amounts of burley and fish rigs that have 2 snelled circles with squid or strips of mullet and light weights so they drift down through the burley trail.

Again any advise or direction would be awesome!

thanks in advance.

Sounds like you've got it sussed mate, no more advice needed. Not sure it will be very pleasant out there tho with the forecast of 15kn+ SW winds and 1.5m seas. Good luck and stay safe.

Looked at willy weather and the forcast is the oposite to sea breeze with 10 knots from 5pm to 9pm. Blowing up to 15 knots after that.

Checked sea breeze last night and the forcast for last night looked shit also but check the live wind and its next to nothing.

Very Frustrating!

Hopefully it should be ok and if not the Swift Craft can handle a bit of chop.
