First yak caught Dhui

Caught this little girl over at the Abrolhos islands on the weekend - my first from the kayak

It really hoofed down the SP and put up a great scrap in relatively shallow water. The first of many more hopefully!

Yeah, the birds were going crazy

Thu, 2013-02-14 21:13

as there were Tuna busting up all over the place. I even had birds trying to land on my yak they were that bad! Oh, I also had a nice 3 metre Tiger Shark come and pay me a visit not long after I caught the Dhui - luckily my shark shield sent it packing, as it was really checking me out.
