fish skulls

Hi
I was wondering if any one new how to take the flesh off a fish head. The salmon we kept on the week end are the lucky subjects and i was wondering if any one knew how.

I've taken jaws out of
I've taken jaws out of Spanish mackerel by boiling them before, just made sure I didn't boil it for too long or the bone goes brittle. Was going to do the whole skull but once you've got all the flesh off its like the worlds worst jigsaw puzzle!

Boiling works well, but
Boiling works well, but depending on the species, the skull isn't all one bone like a human. Boiling destroys the cartridge that holds it together. Ants tend to leave the cartridge which hardens in the sun. Boiling ends in a cleaner result though if you can put it back together.

steam them
Mullys . Pinks. Baldies. One thing I was amazed at was teeth on mullys . Don't over do.( to long) buy black and gold bleach. Once you have parts you want soak them in bleach overnight.taKe out let dry. 5 min glue . (Put back together.)once set spray with clear gloss . Works on fish . Pigs . Fox skulls . Cats anything.

bucket of sealice will clean
bucket of sealice will clean a skull up really quickley
