The Fishing Cart!
Hey all
with the talk on here about fishing carts and bulk rubbish in the suburb,, i decided to make one!
found the perfect buggy frame, perfect for what i was looking for!
found 2 16inch bikes and took off the front wheels. removed the buggy wheels and put the bike wheels on after adjusting the axel slightly, perfect fit!!
one crate for the 22L esky and another crate with the reels (in a tub), burley,rodholders,lights.... on top goes the gaff and 2 rod tubes...
then x2 elastic straps to support the 2 crates and x1 strap to go over the esky and secure it nice and neat.
and if i need another crate i have made a support beam that will let me have another crate!
took around 4 days to make and put all the gear together...its pretty heavy but is the easiest thing to push on the beach even up sand dunes for a bit of limit test and it worked great!
and the great thing is it carries everything i need from; whiting, herring, tailor, skippy, bream to sharks, stingrays, mulloway, pinkys and much more!
Cheers all
PS. all the gear packs nicely into the cupboard after cleaning and the buggy folds down into the shed after rinsing.
and the burley bucket is home made

Perfect
Everyone is entitled to make a mistake, heck I even make lots without trying, so no one is perfect.
Couldn't resist it though.
