Did have plans
for Friday and Sunday but the skip bin delivery driver changed those plans.... The stupid person (change "person" to a swearword) placed the bin in different place than I asked... Now I can't get the boat out
so it looks like I will be shovelling sand and rubble all weekend.
Not Happy Jan!!!!!!!

I'll be hunting for my first metro mackie around Rotto....
if that fails I'll end up back in the deep dropping a jig to see how good a job the chiro did on my back last night...

sound today
pick up some squid, hezza and gardies (aka bait for exmouth).
other than that, work and stuff around the house - depressing, boring shit like vacuuming and mopping etc. Thankfully Sunday and Monday look like rubbish anyways.

Not For Me Russ
Still haven't got the car back yet, so Mount Barker to Albany is too far to push 1800 kg's via trailer and jocky wheel
. But weather and boating forcast is looking pretty ordinary.
Anyway, it would have been an absolute cluster at Emu Point, so for once, I'm content with the boating forcast.
We have a daughter, grandson and daughter's partner coming down and he has a Landcruiser with tow ball, so we could have used that to tow the boat, ah well, looks like some land based activities instead to keep the grandson happy.

well a snapped
steering cable ruined the bait idea. *sigh*
At least it happened backing out at the ramp and not in the middle of the sound I guess. Still, not happy.....

i think the 15kg is a bit
i think the 15kg is a bit light in a lot of cases, however there is a few on here that go lighter for the sport of it. generally we wont go lighter than 50lb. if your using lighter line it doesnt hurt to back off a bit on the drag and let the fish run, i recently got a 7.5kg dhui using a 20lb trace , my son has landed a 10.5 kg sambo on 30lb,so it can be done , just let them run a bit
