Fishing tonight or Tomoz evening

Hey guys i might be going fishing tonight at trigg beach. Is today.a good day or tomoz better. Planning on going from maybe 5-9/10.
Tomoz is gonna be raining so dunno if it will be better or worse I'm going for tailor and herring. Also any tips for beach fishing would help cause I'm useless just giving it a go trial and error what I like to call it!

Trial and error mate, that's how I learn't. If you find something that works, stick with it but don't be afraid to try new things/places.
Conditions will be much the same today and tomorrow, light swell and winds, not overly ideal for tailor but you can still get the odd one. I've caught them on relatively calm days.

Thnx so tailor like rough weather? Also Ive heard they like white water is that y they like rough weather?

Hey mate, I'm not real sure on the whole tailor liking a specific weather or conditions as such, I have caught them in all types of weather from blowing a Gail to dead still, but in saying that I tend to find that I have had the best results when it's been quite a warm day, and the water is quite choppy, but not that rough that your line just washes back up on the beach. But you will catch them in any conditions if they are around and if they are hungry. I guess the best advise would be to just head out there mate be patient and try your luck, and hopefully your there at the right time in the right place. Good luck mate

It was a pretty good day on my standards got one 40cm tailor and 2 herring also my first legal size one too!

I got the tailor on an
I got the tailor on an unweighted mullie and my mom got the herring on a paternoster rig with white bait but she only fished for a bit. Also I got one under size tailor probes 29-30cm but didn't have tape measure so released it.
